The sprouts
"Sprouts" mean the sprouted seeds of legumes cereals and general vegetables. Because they consist of very metabolically active tissues, within the buds are present, in very high concentrations, all the nutrients useful for plant development and growth: vitamins, minerals, plant hormones, growth factors and many other phytoconstituents.
The sprouts we process
Sprouts represent a highly concentrated source of active and nutritious ingredients, such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, mineral salts, trace elements, vitamins and enzymes. During germination, a transformation of the phytoconstituents of the seed takes place. An example: vitamins, which increase up to 100% compared to the seed and up to 1400% compared to the adult plant.
